DESIGN DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Originally developed within the professional framework of Kor Architects, this project explores the architectural integration of retail, exhibition, and operational efficiency within a single marine-oriented facility. Conceived as a dual-function boat dealership and rental center, the design is structured around a clear spatial hierarchy that distinguishes public experience from service and administrative functions, ensuring both clarity of use and long-term adaptability.<\/p>\n

The ground-floor showroom is conceived as a generous double-height volume, where boats are displayed as spatial protagonists rather than mere objects. Controlled sightlines, ample circulation, and structural openness allow for full 360-degree viewing, reinforcing a direct, immersive relationship between the visitor and the vessel. The space remains intentionally flexible, capable of accommodating events, seasonal reconfigurations, and evolving commercial needs without compromising architectural coherence.<\/p>\n

Support and administrative areas are organized according to a servant\u2013leader spatial logic, with operational efficiency at the core of the project\u2019s performance. Workshops, storage, and offices are discreetly integrated while maintaining visual and spatial connectivity through mezzanines and balconies overlooking the showroom. A disciplined 10-foot structural grid underpins the entire building, aligning structure, circulation, and enclosure into a legible and expressive framework. The result is a rational yet refined architectural system in which structure, function, and experience are inseparable.<\/p>\n
